Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across a variety of technical and business functions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to build strong pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and company culture Coordinate and improve interview processes to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives What We’re Looking For 2–5+ years of recruiting experience (in-house), preferably in the tech space Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Data-driven mindset with attention to detail Passion for building diverse and high-performing teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
