The Role\n

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to grow awareness of Hann's among provider clinics, employer groups, and patients. This is a hybrid role based in Fairfax, VA: part of your week at the pharmacy, and part out in the field visiting clinics and partners across the area.

What You'll Do\n

• Make cold calls and send outreach emails to provider clinics and employer groups to introduce Hann's services
\n
• Visit medical offices in person to build real relationships with providers and their teams
\n
• Present our pharmacy services to clinical teams, benefits managers, and patient-facing staff
\n
• Educate partners on our products, processes, and the support we offer their patients
\n
• Manage your sales pipeline and track outreach, meetings, and results
\n
• Support marketing campaigns with clear, compassionate messaging
\n
• Represent Hann's at events and educational sessions
\n
• Respond to inquiries with excellent, patient-first customer service
\n
• Work closely with our pharmacy team to make every handoff seamless, from first contact through ongoing support
\n

What We're Looking For\n

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with genuine empathy for patients and providers
\n
• Proven sales ability: you develop leads, follow through, and close opportunities
\n
• Comfort with cold outreach: calls, emails, and walking into offices
\n
• Experience in healthcare, fertility, or specialty pharmacy sales is a plus
\n
• Able to travel locally to clinics and partners, and represent us professionally
\n
• Comfortable with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and basic data tracking
\n
• High integrity, respect for patient privacy, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care
\n
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
