Position Overview

An established Gastroenterology practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full-time coverage in a collaborative outpatient and inpatient setting. This opportunity offers a Monday Friday schedule with no call responsibilities and support from Gastroenterologists and fellow APPs.

Compensation:

Hourly: $100/hour
Overtime: $150/hour (1.5)
Holiday: $150/hour (1.5)

Assignment Details

Start Date: July 2026

Assignment Length: Through October 2026, with potential extension

Monday Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
No call
No weekends

Outpatient Clinic with Hospital Privileges
Adult and Geriatric Patient Population

Collaborative GI Practice
Clinical Responsibilities
Outpatient Gastroenterology patient evaluations and follow-up care
Inpatient consultation support as needed
Care coordination with Gastroenterologists and APP team members
Documentation and management of GI patient care plans
Patient Volume
Average of 16 patients per day

Requirements
Required
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Washington License at time of presentation
BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
Recent Gastroenterology or relevant clinical experience
Documentation of clinical activity within the previous 24 months representative of requested privileges
Epic EMR experience
Preferred
Prior Gastroenterology APP experience

Adults (18+)
Geriatrics
Credentialing Notes
Washington license must be active and in hand at the time of submission
Clinical activity/case documentation from the previous 24 months will be required for credentialing review
