This is the ultimate opportunity for an experienced General Manager or a high-performing Assistant General Manager who is ready to step up, make waves, and accelerate their career. Your Role & Responsibilities As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Drive employee engagement and build a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage restaurant financials with a focus on maximizing profitability, managing P&L, and optimizing food and labor costs.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience that reflects our fresh, coastal vibe.
- Hands-on Leadership: Lead by example on the floor, actively engaging with both your team and your guests.
- Experience: At least 2 years of restaurant management experience (Fast-Casual or Quick-Service preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of hiring, training, and developing talent.
- Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of P&L management, including food and labor cost controls, is highly preferred.
- Passion: A strong work ethic and a genuine love for vibrant hospitality (a passion for healthy cuisine is a big plus!).
- Mindset: A hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves being on the floor with employees and customers.
- Competitive base salary ($55,000 - $60,000 based on experience). All-in potential of $70,000+
