As they continue to expand, we're helping them find motivated and confident Field Sales Executives who enjoy meeting new people, thrive in a target-driven environment, and want to be part of something that’s genuinely helping communities. The Role: You’ll be working out in the field, meeting people face-to-face and helping them understand the benefits of a new service that’s just launched in their area. It’s about building relationships, having quality conversations, and offering a product that can really improve their day-to-day life. Knock on doors and speak to potential customers in areas already set up for the service Build your own pipeline and hit monthly sales targets Answer questions and explain how the service works (full training provided) Keep track of your activity using simple online tools like HubSpot Attend local events and community days to raise awareness Share local insights and feedback with the wider team What we’re looking for: Experience in face-to-face sales – ideally door-to-door, canvassing or event-based. Someone who’s confident, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with people. A strong communicator who can explain things clearly and handle objections. A full UK driving licence – this is essential as the role involves regional travel Someone self-motivated and comfortable working independently
