Facilities Maintenance Manager

Facility Maintenance ManagerThe Facility Maintenance Manager supervises direct reports, schedules and oversees repairs, maintain records; research and order parts; and manage light construction projects. This position also works closely with outside contractors and other Plastipak Leaders. This position uses the knowledge of maintenance scheduling software, AutoCAD, Excel and Word. Areas of duties include facility and grounds, HVAC, janitorial services, and fire systems.You WillManaging construction repairs and maintenance on electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC equipment, and all other mechanical systems required to maintain the structures of the main site and outside warehouses.Oversees the facility maintenance of the main plant and warehouse fire systems.Scheduling for the facility maintenance team's training and compliance for the Engineering group.Directs the installation of processes and equipment.Maintains AutoCAD facility drawings.You HaveAssociate's degree (A.
