Marketing Manager

Job Description 6 months contract
Onsite Universal City CA
$45-50/hr W2 Lead film-specific projects and initiatives as needed
Help prepare materials for filmmaker presentations
Develop film campaign/meeting presentations, facilitate edits, and provide presentation support in meetings (PowerPoint and Keynote)
Collate and organize creative feedback from the international markets
Project manage and help plan international events and conferences, including support prepping materials
Facilitate market communication in conjunction with the team
Write international film campaign summaries for both internal and external communications (eblasts)
Help organize asset tours across markets (sculpts/inflatables)
Join relevant virtual calls with cross-functional teams and take notes
Quals--
4+ years' experience in marketing;particularly film or entertainment marketing is a plus
Strong experience/fluency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong presentation-building skills: PowerPoint, Keynote
Experience working with creative agencies
Design knowledge (Photoshop a plus)
Desired Characteristics:
High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines
Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week (Monday Thursday)
