Environmental Project Manager

CRB Geological & Environmental Services is seeking an experienced Environmental Scientist / Environmental Project Manager to join our growing team in Miami. Competitive Salary ($80,000 - $100,000) + Benefits. This position is ideal for an environmental professional with 3–6 years of consulting experience who enjoys both technical field work and project management. Responsibilities Perform ASTM E1527-21 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial real estate transactions. Coordinate and support Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and environmental investigations. Conduct environmental field work, including soil sampling, groundwater sampling, monitoring well gauging and sampling, soil boring oversight, and site reconnaissance. Prepare field documentation, interpret laboratory analytical data, and develop technically defensible reports. Coordinate subcontractors, drilling contractors, laboratories, and field personnel. Manage environmental consulting projects, including schedules, budgets, client communication, and project deliverables. Support remediation, corrective action, and regulatory compliance projects. Travel to project sites throughout Florida and occasionally throughout the Southeast as project needs require. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. 3–6 years of environmental consulting experience. Considerable experience performing commercial Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Experience conducting groundwater sampling, soil sampling, and other environmental field investigations. Intimate working knowledge of ASTM E1527-21 and environmental due diligence standards. Considerable experience supporting or managing Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Strong technical writing, organizational, and project management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. Preferred Additional Qualifications Experience with remediation or corrective action projects. Experience with underground storage tanks (USTs), contaminated site investigations, or brownfield redevelopment. Experience with indoor air quality, asbestos, mold, or industrial hygiene assessments.
