Bilingual LICSW Therapist - High-Acuity Behavioral Health

Atlantic Group

The Atlantic Group in Boston is looking for a Bilingual Spanish LICSW Therapist to provide individual and group therapy in a high-acuity behavioral health setting. This full-time, on-site role requires an active Massachusetts LICSW and proficiency in Spanish and English. Candidates should have experience with evidence-based care and collaborative treatment approaches. You will perform intake evaluations, develop treatment plans, and respond to clinical emergencies while mentoring junior clinicians.
