Restaurant Operations & Guest Experience Leader

Jersey Mike's Subs in Huntsville, AL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

This exempt, salaried role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to manage labor, food cost, and marketing initiatives while delivering consistent results.

The Manager in Training program runs 8-10 weeks (360 hours) and may require travel to training locations. Expect a demanding schedule, including evenings and weekends.
