We connect people with products throughout the world.ResponsibilitiesProvide departmental support and lead the staff in the Warehouse department.Coordinate and lead warehouse activities on a daily basis under the direction of Warehouse operation managementResponsible for the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product within the Company's standard operating proceduresMonitor inbound and outbound activitiesSupport staff as needed in performing job functions such as storing, picking, packing, shipping and receivingMaintain product location system and ensure optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidationAssist in inventory controlPromote the efficient and safe operation of product handling equipmentParticipate in implementing work schedules and ensuring that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properlyComplete all necessary reports in a timely and accurate mannerWith the guidance of the Supervisor, conduct general staff trainingEnsure staff is compliant with company policiesHandle other job assignments as determined by the direct SupervisorPay Rate: $21.60Shift Hours: 7:00pm-3:30amQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution and/or transportationMust be able to demonstrate leadership skillsStrong teamwork skills and inclinationGood communications skill – listening providing and receiving feedbackStrong quantitative and analytical skills.Good computer skills- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelHigh school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experienceAbility to frequently stand, bend, twist, reach, lift, push, pull, carry heavy objects in a warehouse setting.Organization Relationships: Will work with all levels in the organization.Work Environment: (With or without accommodations) This position requires physical demands to include but not limited to standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, pushing, climbing, pulling and carrying of heavy objects repeatedly.This job description is not intended to be and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of all the responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
