Provider Enrollment Assistant

To support provider enrollment processes, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Assistant will complete credentialing applications, manage documentation, and coordinate communication among team members while maintaining organized records. Key responsibilities Prepare and maintain reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word Complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy Coordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice Presidents Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment, or credentialing Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Pro Knowledge of internal billing systems is preferred
