Start your journey with us The Headquarters Claims department is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Specialist to handle and oversee key account workers’ compensation claims. The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: supervise coverage/jurisdictional analysis and defense strategies evaluate workers’ compensation exposure/reserves, including reserves greater than $100,000 work in team environment as part of Workers’ Compensation Claims provide technical direction and support to claim handling associates communicate effectively with agents and underwriters participate in development and delivery of training, as needed involvement in special projects, as needed travel as needed relevant to position pursue continuing education to remain current and attain expertise relevant to job duties Be equipped with: understands workers’ compensation jurisdictional differentiators self‑motivated, independent work ability excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to collaborate with all stakeholders ability to effectively communicate the Cincinnati culture and advantages to others demonstrates leadership qualities and business acumen ability and willingness to adapt and change continually strives to provide excellent service knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe You’ve earned: three or more years of workers’ compensation claim handling experience AIC, CPCU, SCLA or other relevant education Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
