We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.Designs and integrates mechanical concepts for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborates in cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing designs.Creates and documents designs using Ceres or customer design processes and CAD systems; develops work breakdowns and project plans.Maintains high quality through self-reviews, peer design reviews, and participation in cross-functional reviews.Prepares presentations and technical documentation for engineering and customer design reviews.Partners with other functions to define test requirements and build documentation to verify product quality and functionality.Supports manufacturing during first article builds, integration, and standard production troubleshooting.Identifies design and product risks and leads mitigation through prototype testing and corrective actions.Participates in quality processes including DFMEA, PFMEA, and 8D, and actively supports continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinates cross-functional efforts to support business needs; maintains professional customer interactions, participates in meetings, and performs other assigned duties.In return, we offerCulture of trust and accountabilityLifelong learning and career growthInnovation powered by peopleComprehensive compensation and benefitsHealth and well-beingSalary: 68,600 - 102,800/yrJob locationOn site presence in our Saugerties, NY location is required.
