ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2016 and is a close-knit team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent 22 years as a State Farm team member, which gave me a deep understanding of the business and a strong foundation in customer care and service excellence.

Giving back is a big part of what we do. I’m actively involved with Operation Warrior Resolution, supporting mental health and overall wellness, and work with the Sheriff’s Department on youth education initiatives. I also enjoy participating in local walks and runs and supporting community events.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tracey Ganner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
