Job Summary Urban Wellness is seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Cannabis Logistics Technician to support logistics operations in New Mexico. The Driver will assist in inventory management, transportation coordination, and distribution processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of cannabis products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing cannabis products in the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels and proper rotation of stock. Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to retail locations and customers, following standard operating procedures. Transportation Coordination: Assist in coordinating transportation logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries and ensuring compliance with regulations. Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment, reporting any issues to management. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and other logistics activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the logistics team and cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in logistics/driving is preferrec Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Driver's License: A valid driver's license may be required for certain transportation‑related tasks.
