Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Embrace Shift Wellness, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, with the capability of facilitating family therapy as needed.
\n
• Assessing clients' needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and implementing various therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Working with clients on challenges including, but not limited to, grief and loss, substance abuse, family conflicts, and communication issues.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and treatment modalities tailored to your clients' unique situations.
\n
• Documenting sessions and maintaining thorough records in compliance with organizational guidelines and state regulations.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices and standards in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents dealing with a range of issues such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse challenges.
\n
• Effects of physical and psychological trauma.
\n
• Struggles with grief, loss, and life transitions.
\n
• Family conflicts and dynamics, including blended families.
\n
• Adjustment to separation, divorce, and related emotional challenges.

• Communication difficulties among family members.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license.

• Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
