Role Description

The Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving new client acquisition and supporting revenue growth for The Otto Firm. This role includes qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored service solutions, and managing prospects through the sales pipeline. The Sales Specialist will prepare proposals, follow up consistently, and collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with The Otto Firm’s business build packages and services. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate CRM records, monitoring key sales metrics, coordinating with marketing on campaign follow-up, and providing a high-quality, consultative experience to prospective clients. The role may also involve contributing to sales process improvements, participating in virtual training sessions, and supporting ongoing client relationship handoffs to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with prospective and current clients.
• Customer Service and client relationship skills to deliver a consultative, supportive experience throughout the sales process.
• Sales expertise in lead qualification, solution selling, and closing opportunities in a service-based or B2B environment.
• Experience with Training and coaching clients or team members on offerings, processes, or onboarding steps.
• Sales Management capabilities such as pipeline oversight, forecasting, and CRM-based tracking of performance.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic sales technology tools; comfort working in a fully remote, digital environment.
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship or small business operations is preferred; experience selling professional services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.
• Relevant education or experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
