- MI License: Must have MI license in hand - Teamwork Approach: Required - Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years required, first-timers accepted if greater than 3 years of experience - Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Special Equipment: Safe Patient Handling Equipment - Skills Required: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - Charting System: Epic charting experience preferred - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required - Patient Ratio: 1:4-5 - Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics - Floating Requirement: Required to float within scope to meet facility needs, including ICU, ER, and Behavioral Health - Locals Not Accepted: Within 50 miles radius - References: 2 references from within the last 24 months required - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines: Required, medical/religious exemptions only - Special Requirements: Adherence to call-off policy, stroke, NSTEMI, chest pain, AKI, pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, CHF exacerbation, cellulitis, AMS diagnostics - Facilities: Level I Trauma Center, 25 staffed beds - Scrub Color: Navy Blue
