Forklift Operator / Cycle Counter – 1st Shift Elkhart, IN

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for operating forklifts safely while assisting with inventory control and cycle counting to maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Pick, stage, and transport materials as needed.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Ability to perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
