Production Lead Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 09:30pm) This position is ideal for a strong leader with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is dedicated to coaching and supporting team members. Support the Production Supervisor in all aspects of shift operations. Direct work activities to facilitate smooth and efficient shift start-ups. Monitor production processing procedures and work methods to ensure adherence to established standards. Contribute to the achievement of assigned production schedules. Production Lead Qualifications: Proven strong leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support team members. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment. A current resume is required for consideration. Previous experience in a Team Lead or similar management role. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
