In this position...

• You'll be part of the team working on the next elite niche production vehicle in the Ford Racing portfolio of high-performance vehicles.
• You'll be part of a small nimble team with significant exposure to Chief, Director and senior leadership.
• You're the ideal candidate if you have prior program management experience working for an OEM on a major forward model vehicle program.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

• Own BOM setup and CAD population activities, ensuring engineering content is accurately captured and maintained through WERS (release system) and Production P-release
• Prepare and support Chief Program Engineer Decision Forum (CPE DF) reviews, tracking action items, decisions, and follow-ups to closure
• Manage change control processes, coordinating engineering changes and FEDE support activities to protect program timing and quality
• Lead complexity management and capacity studies, including Manufacturing PAT and VO studies, to inform program feasibility and sourcing decisions
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, and Program Management teams to surface risks early and drive cross-functional alignment on program readiness

Qualifications

You'll have...

• Associates degree in an Engineering discipline, or another discipline paired with relevant program management/technical experience
• Experience with Ford's engineering and program systems (e.g., WERS, FEDEBOM, 3DX/CAD tools).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing BOM, CAD, and change control data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive tasks to closure without direct authority.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear materials for decision forums and leadership reviews.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Even better, you may have...

• Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline, or another discipline paired with relevant program management/technical experience
• Prior experience supporting GPDS milestones, gateway reviews, or launch execution.
• Experience with complexity, capacity, or VO studies.
• Familiarity with prototype build planning or manufacturing readiness processes.
• A passion for Ford Racing products and motorsports.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
