Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce AdministratorWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Salesforce platform.This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong Salesforce administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform.Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and access controls.Configure and maintain workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation.Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.Provide ongoing Salesforce support and troubleshoot system-related issues.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Salesforce environment.Assist with system enhancements, updates, integrations, and ongoing improvements.Develop and maintain relevant system documentation and processes.Provide guidance and support to Salesforce users where required.Requirements5+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration.Exceptional hands-on experience administering and supporting Salesforce environments.Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, reporting, and automation.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Must be available to work according to EST working hours.
