What makes you successful here

• High school diploma/equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or technical setup roles (preferred).
• Strong mechanical reasoning with a knack for solving problems quickly.
• Comfort reading schematics, prints, and technical references.
• Meticulous recordkeeping; works well independently.
• Basic computer skills for logging and reporting tasks.
• Effective communicator and team player.
