What you’ll own

• End-to-end equipment setup aligned to production specifications.
• Calibration and verification to ensure the process meets standards.
• Routine maintenance and hands-on troubleshooting to maximize uptime.
• Close coordination with production to confirm requirements and timing.
• Thorough documentation of setup steps and machine configurations.
• On-the-job support to help new team members learn safe, effective procedures.
• Continuous improvement ideas that elevate efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Consistent housekeeping and strict adherence to safety practices.

What makes you successful here

• High school diploma/equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or technical setup roles (preferred).
• Strong mechanical reasoning with a knack for solving problems quickly.
• Comfort reading schematics, prints, and technical references.
• Meticulous recordkeeping; works well independently.
• Basic computer skills for logging and reporting tasks.
• Effective communicator and team player.
