Business Operations Analyst

You will perform the following duties:

1. Program and Project Analysis: Serve as a primary point of contact related to assigned projects or programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and supporting leadership in planning, organizing, and tracking program objectives and activities.
2. Business Process Improvement: Design, evaluate, and optimize strategies for planning, implementing, and monitoring business activities to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, systems, and procedures.
3. Analysis and Evaluation: Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to gather and evaluate information about programs and projects, identify trends and issues, and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
4. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor program and project activities to ensure they meet established guidelines and schedules using relevant tracking and reporting systems.
5. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Support the development of training materials and provide coaching and training to staff, communicating effectively to support organizational learning.
6. Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination: Establish and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate activities, and participate in meetings to support organizational goals and decision-making.
