Physical Therapist - Austin, MN (New Graduates Welcome!) ($5000 Sign-on-Bonus)

Shift: Full Time/ Part time Schedule: 20 - 36 hrs/ week Overview: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team!

This position will provide physical therapy services in Austin, Blooming Prairie and New Richland, MN.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides direct and indirect physical therapy services in long term care facilities, home health, assisted living and out-patient facilities
• Maintains accurate record of therapy sessions, consultations and other pertinent activities
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota
• Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
