Pastry Chef - Early Morning Shift (5am Start) - Full TimeWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pastry Chef to join our bakery team. This is a key leadership position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term growth with us.What We're Looking For:A true passion for pastry and foodSomeone who thrives in early morning hours - shift starts at 5am, 5 days a weekAt least 2-year commitmentA sense of urgency and the ability to work clean, organized, and efficientlyStrong attention to detail and consistency in executionLeadership skills - you'll be managing 1-2 pastry assistantsWillingness to follow recipes, take direction, and accept feedback professionallyDependability and a team-first attitudeResponsibilities:Prepare high-quality pastries, breakfast items, and pastries according to our established recipesOversee and coordinate the daily tasks of the pastry teamMaintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standardsEnsure consistency, portion control, and presentation standardsHelp maintain inventory and assist with ordering as neededCollaborate with the team to improve operationsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceBonus structure based on performance and bakery goalsA supportive, respectful work environmentOpportunities to grow and refine your skills with a committed teamRequirements:1+ years experience in a professional pastry kitchen is preferredStrong work ethic and punctualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsServSafe or food handler certification preferredMust be available to start shifts at 5amIf you're looking for a long-term home where your work is valued and you can grow professionally, we'd love to meet you.
