What You'll Do

• Provide holistic patient care in the ICU setting, assessing and monitoring critical patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and revise individualized care plans
• Execute nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations promptly and accurately
• Delegate tasks to other healthcare providers as appropriate
• Adhere to all standards of nursing practice and facility policies
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Floats may be required to other ICU units to support staffing needs

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• BLS certification
• Prior ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
