What You'll Do

• Provide holistic, patient-centered care to ICU patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and participate in decision-making processes to improve standards of care.
• Adjust care plans as needed while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards.
• Float to other ICU units as required, including S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, and S7 MICU, as well as Medical/Surgical units.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner using hospital EMR systems.

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota RN license
• 2+ years of ICU experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Experience working in a hospital ICU setting
• Ability to float and adapt to different ICU units
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
