Processing Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Processing Specialist will review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement claims while maintaining professional communication with parents and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities Process student schedules and reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant Organize and review incoming student enrollment packets to verify completeness and correctness of required documentation Maintain timely and professional communication with parents and guardians, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed Required qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or relevant experience Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.) Proven administrative or clerical experience, particularly in data entry and record keeping Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during traditional business hours in the Mountain Time Zone
