Position:

Independent Contractor working as a Respite Care Provider.

At BP Warriors Therapy, we are seeking responsible, compassionate team members to join our team as Care Provider). As a Care Provider, you will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, providing essential caregiving services such as Respite, Habilitation, and Attendant Care. This flexible, rewarding role allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and their families while managing your own schedule.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide relief for family members by caring for individuals with developmental disabilities in their home environment.

• Engage with clients in age-appropriate activities, ensure the individual’s safety and well-being, assisting with basic daily routines, and creating a supportive, nurturing environment.

• Deliver services in a manner that promotes the dignity and well-being of the individual.

• Maintain accurate records of services provided and submit them promptly for billing.

• $18/hour for Respite services

**Plus earn a $150 bonus

• Flexible schedule – You can choose to work part-time with 1-2 clients, or work with 3+ clients if you are looking for something closer to full-time.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• At least 3 months of caregiving experience (babysitting, working in a school or camp, etc.)

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus but not required.

• Must pass a criminal history check and obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• CPR, First Aid, and other required certifications.

• Ability to provide your own reliable transportation to client homes.

• Must be able to communicate proficiently in English, both verbally and in writing.
