This is a contract opportunity starting August 31, 2026, and ending June 25, 2027, just outside Providence, RI, perfect for a passionate BCBA seeking to inspire positive change and nurture growth.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Experience working with students with intellectual and developmental disabilities across a range of ages
• Strong training and coaching skills for classroom staff, teachers, and assistants
• Familiarity with Safety-Care procedures, proactive behavioral de-escalation, and applying least restrictive interventions
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, therapists, and families
• Comfort with data analysis and evidence-informed programming changes
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and team planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete in-depth functional behavior assessments and create tailored, evidence-based intervention plans
• Train, coach, and support education professionals in the implementation of BIPs
• Provide hands-on support during behavioral crises using positive, safe intervention methods
• Collaborate closely with therapy and educational teams to optimize student outcomes
• Regularly review student progress and adapt programming as needed
• Contribute to and participate in professional development initiatives
