2nd Shift (With flexibility to cover 1st/3rd as needed)(Training on 1st Shift)

$16-$19/hour + $2 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity


We're looking for a Quality Inspector to support inspection activities across raw materials, in?process assembly, and finished products. This role plays a key part in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.


What You'll Be Doing


Perform in process and final inspections on machine and assembly operations
Conduct first piece inspections for all production processes
Identify defects and issue Non Conforming Reports (NCRs)
Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
Interface with management on production and quality issues
Support ISO 9001 requirements and overall QMS initiatives
Maintain hold areas, pull customer samples, and support housekeeping standards


What We're Looking For


Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments
Ability to read and understand technical specifications, test plans, and drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable working on the production floor
Willingness to work 2nd shift with flexibility when needed
