ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in factory automation and industrial sales before deciding to pursue the opportunity to own my own business. I'm an Ohio State graduate, and insurance truly runs in the family - my wife is an independent insurance agent, and our son works alongside her.
We believe in creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel supported. Our agency has a fun, family-oriented atmosphere, and I believe in giving my team the freedom to succeed without micromanaging.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Randy Wagner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
