• Multiple shifts -- days, swing (1 pm - 1 am, 3 pm - 3 am), and nights
• Day census of 243 with 40 admits per day
• Night shift -- cross cover on 280 - 300 patients, 6 - 7 admits per nocturnist
• 7 - 9 swing admits per shift
• Inpatient hospital setting
• No procedures required -- nocturnists cross cover and respond to rapids
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
