UI UX Designer

Position: User Experience Designer The User Experience Designer will translate ideas and concepts into wireframes and prototypes to support digital products across Auto Club Enterprises (ACE). Job Duties Design, prototype, and test information architectures to ensure consistent and unified aesthetic and user experience across all of the Enterprises digital products. Develop, update, and publish the ACE Enterprise style guide and design library. Create production graphic assets for various projects and articulate, develop, and model the end user experience including visual design to make user interaction simple and efficient. Research potential problem areas on digital channels (website and mobile applications) and translate member solution requirements into User Interface specifications, including user research, usability testing, information architecture and interaction design. Facilitate collaborative design workshops with key stakeholders. Work with product and development teams to provide feedback and design consultation, supporting the definition, design, deployment, and implementation of features into new and existing applications across multiple digital platforms. Communicate and present recommendations to key stakeholders regarding user needs and design solutions. Make independent decisions and solve problems, informing the development and implementation of new processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s equivalent education and experience preferred. 4–6 years of user experience design and research or related experience. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience using Sketch, Zeplin, and Adobe XD. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS. Experience with Origami is a plus. Travel Requirements Occasional travel to off‑site business meetings or conferences (5% of time).
