El Rol Estamos contratando a un Diseñador/a de UI para apoyar a los equipos de Synth Riders y Final Fury. Colaborarás con diseñadores, desarrolladores y artistas para crear interfaces de usuario intuitivas y atractivas que mejoren el gameplay y la experiencia del usuario en múltiples plataformas. Este puesto reporta al Lead UX/UI Designer y se centra en implementar elementos de UI consistentes y de alta calidad, adaptándose a las necesidades de cada proyecto. Trabajarás en un entorno de ritmo rápido, contribuyendo tanto a actualizaciones de live ops como a nuevas Requisitos 3-5 años de experiencia profesional en diseño de UI para videojuegos. Experiencia enviando interfaces de juegos al mercado, con un portafolio que demuestre flujos de UI intuitivos y consistencia visual. Dominio de herramientas de diseño como Figma y familiaridad con motores de juego (ej. Unity) para implementación. Sólido entendimiento de principios de UI para experiencias multiplataforma, incluyendo restricciones de VR/AR y adaptaciones para móvil/consola. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación; prospera en colaboración multidisciplinaria y remota. Requisitos Deseados Experiencia con juegos de ritmo o acción en VR/AR (ej. UI para interfaces dinámicas o sistemas de progresión). Conocimiento de mejores prácticas de accesibilidad y optimización de rendimiento para UI (ej. inputs de baja latencia, comodidad en VR). Experiencia en prototipado de elementos UI e iteración basada en feedback de playtesting. Familiaridad con flujos ágiles y herramientas como Jira o Asana para gestión de tareas. Experiencia diseñando prototipos interactivos. Experiencia con herramientas de motion design (ej. After Effects) para crear mockups animados. Responsabilidades Diseñar e iterar elementos de UI para Synth Riders y Final Fury, garantizando consistencia, usabilidad y alineación con las mecánicas del juego. Colaborar con el Lead UX/UI Designer, desarrolladores y artistas para implementar interfaces que apoyen retención, progresión y onboarding. Adaptar la UI a múltiples plataformas, considerando métodos de entrada, presupuestos de rendimiento y necesidades de accesibilidad. Realizar playtests y refinar diseños con feedback, enfocándose en el “feel” y el engagement. Documentar diseños (wireframes, flujos, especificaciones) para facilitar el handoff al equipo y la iteración. Apoyar actualizaciones de live ops y nuevas características, contribuyendo a una experiencia de usuario fluida.
