As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will:
• Conduct thorough evaluations using standardized tests to assess patients' therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on physician orders and clinical judgment.
• Create home exercise programs with patient and caregiver collaboration.
• Work as an integral part of the patient’s healthcare team, coordinating care with other providers.
• Adhere to agency policies, deadlines, and regulatory standards in providing highquality care.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Who We’re Looking For
• You’re a compassionate, driven Pediatric PT who loves working with kids and values teamwork, flexibility, and growth. You’re done with corporate burnout and ready for a company that actually walks the walk when it comes to valuing employees.
Qualifications:
• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Texas
• Pediatric experienced preferred (new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are welcome)
• Bilingual (Spanish) skilled preferred not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to professional growth and collaborative care
