Location: Clive, IA
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office | Client-Facing
MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency in the Des Moines area. This is an entry-level sales role helping businesses offer voluntary employee benefits.
You will receive in-office training and support, then meet with business owners and employees to present options and handle enrollments. Strong performers have a clear path to advance into senior sales or leadership roles.
What you'll do:
- Complete structured training and daily coaching
- Meet with business owners and decision makers
- Present benefit options and assist with employee enrollments
- Manage your own outreach, appointments, and follow-ups
- Track activity in the CRM and work a Monday–Friday schedule
Who tends to succeed:
- People coming from customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds
- Coachable, reliable, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated individuals who want performance-based pay
- Those with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willing to get licensed (full support provided)
