Regional Discipline Director — Speech Language Pathology
$95,000+ (based on experience) + Quarterly Bonuses | East Lansing, Michigan
Seeking the next stage of your SLP career? Join a growing pediatric outpatient company seeking their next SLP in leadership. What You'll Own
- Full discipline performance: staffing, compliance, billing, and budget
- Mentorship of Clinic Directors, Managers, and Leads
- Program development and regional growth strategy
What You Bring
- Master's or Doctorate in speech-language pathology
- Active MI SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- 10+ years clinical experience
- 3+ years supervisory
- 3+ years program development
- Strong business acumen and a team-first leadership style
