Digital Marketing & Agency Operations Lead

Position: Digital Marketing & Agency Operations Lead Employment: Full-Time Location: In-office, North Palm Beach Schedule: Monday–Friday Experience: 2–5+ years preferred Salary: $49,500–$57,000 per year We’re a growing marketing agency looking for a Digital Marketing & Agency Operations Lead to join our team in-office. This is a unique role for someone who understands digital marketing but is also highly organized, proactive, and good at keeping people and projects moving. You’ll work closely with the founder and our team across paid media, web, SEO, email marketing, design, and video production. You’ll help execute digital marketing initiatives while also making sure client projects, deliverables, and deadlines stay organized and on track. The simplest way to describe the role: help us do great marketing and make sure everything we say we're going to do actually gets done. What You'll Do Manage client projects, deliverables, priorities, and deadlines Turn client meetings and strategies into clear tasks and action items Keep our project management system organized and up to date Coordinate work across paid media, web, SEO, email, design, and video Follow up with team members and make sure projects keep moving Catch missed deadlines, bottlenecks, or potential problems early Help prepare client reports, meeting agendas, updates, and follow-ups Assist with client onboarding and ongoing monthly deliverables Build and improve internal workflows, SOPs, checklists, and processes Assist with Meta, Google, and YouTube advertising Help execute and QA email and SMS campaigns and automations Work within platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, GA4, and other marketing tools Review marketing performance and help identify opportunities for improvement QA campaigns, websites, tracking, creative, and other digital work before launch Work directly with the founder to turn ideas and strategy into execution Who We're Looking For You don't need to be an expert in every area of digital marketing. We're looking for someone with broad digital marketing experience and exceptional organizational skills. You should be someone who naturally notices when something hasn't been followed up on, asks who owns the next step, keeps track of deadlines, and takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do. The ideal candidate has: 2–5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads Familiarity with email/SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo Experience with Shopify and/or WordPress Understanding of analytics, reporting, funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign performance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Excellent organization and time-management skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset The ability to work independently and take ownership What Success Looks Like You’ll know what's happening across your accounts without needing to be chased for updates. Client commitments are documented, assigned, and completed on time. The team knows what they need to do and when they need to do it. Potential problems are identified before they become client problems.
