Production Technician

Overview Alleima, located in Clarks Summit, PA, is seeking a Production Technician for its manufacturing facility. Alleima, a leading producer of seamless stainless tube products in Clarks Summit, PA, was created as a joint venture between Sandvik and Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metals. Key Responsibilities Operate saws, overhead cranes and inspection tools as part of manufacturing, quality control, and logistics tasks. Perform product quality inspections using various inspection tools. Participate in continuous improvement activities. Perform other duties assigned by management. Schedule This position will require the ability to work any shift (1st/2nd/3rd). Qualifications You possess a minimum of a high school diploma/GED and a strong mechanical aptitude. 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; inspection experience is a plus. Candidates should also possess basic math/data entry skills, and be a strong team player with the ability to perform well in a total quality, team-based environment.
