· Provide support to our Personal Lines Department
· Assist client's with policy changes and billing questions
· Act as a liaison between clients and our insurance companies
Responsibilities:
· Process policy changes, cancellations, and file claims
· Assist clients with billing inquiries and payments
· Update client information
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Quote new Accounts
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Various duties as needed
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
-Two or more years of relevant experience in an office environment
-Experience with office programs and technology including Microsoft Office and Google
-Ability to obtain Minnesota Property and Casualty Insurance Licensure within first month of hire
