Soldering/Assembler Opportunity

Soldering/Assembler Job Duties
- Perform hand soldering of electronic components on circuit boards and assemblies
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications
- Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly documentation
- Utilize hand tools and small power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Identify and report quality concerns or defects
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and rework activities as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures

MondayFriday, Day Shift
Soldering/Assembler Requirements
Must have 2 years of hand soldering experience
Experience with through-hole and/or surface mount soldering preferred
Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed assembly work
Comfortable using microscopes, magnifiers, and precision hand tools
Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Manufacturing or electronics assembly experience preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Pay:
$18.00$22.00 per hour DOE
