EB Account Representative

The EB Account Representative plays a key role in supporting Account Managers to service and retain employee benefits clients. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, is detail-oriented, and is motivated to learn and grow within the employee benefits field.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively assist with service tasks related to the EB service calendar.
• Support Account Managers in preparing employee benefit materials, including renewals, enrollment communications, and plan changes.
• Coordinate routine client requests, such as providing supplies, census data, and carrier information.
• Review, track, and process benefit-related materials like booklets, contracts, and plan amendments for accuracy.
• Assist with preparation for client meetings.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Maintain accurate client, carrier, and plan information in agency management systems, ImageRight, and shared drives.
• Respond to internal and external requests and follow up on outstanding items within established timeframes.

What We're Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; a college degree or customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications; familiarity with BenefitPoint and ImageRight is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain a Life and Disability insurance license and a strong motivation to learn and develop professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, complete assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player who can follow instructions and apply feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with internal partners, clients, and carriers.
