Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / AI Developer with Korean language proficiency to design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Generative AI, and AI agents, along with the ability to work with Korean-language data and applications.

The candidate will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to build intelligent AI solutions that support Korean-language understanding, generation, search, classification, and automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML development.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar LLM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience developing AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based AI applications.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Knowledge of NLP techniques including text classification, entity extraction, semantic search, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
• Experience handling Korean-language datasets, Korean NLP, or Korean-language LLM applications.
• Strong understanding of Korean language processing (Hangul) and Korean-language text/content.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments.

Korean Language Requirement

• Fluent Korean language proficiency preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand Korean.
• Professional experience working with Korean-speaking stakeholders, Korean-language datasets, or Korean customer/product requirements.
• Experience evaluating or improving AI/LLM responses in Korean is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multilingual or Korean NLP/LLM projects.
• Experience with Korean-specific LLMs or models, such as HyperCLOVA, KoGPT, KoBERT, or similar technologies.
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in enterprise AI, conversational AI, chatbots, recommendation systems, or intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/GenAI applications supporting Korean and multilingual use cases.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agents.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Develop NLP solutions for Korean-language text and business content.
• Evaluate LLM performance, accuracy, relevance, and safety for Korean-language responses.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Build scalable and production-ready AI services.
• Research emerging AI/LLM technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
