Job Opportunity – Case Management RN – Georgia

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends, no call. Daily census of 20-25 patients. Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed.

Highlights:

• Focus on discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization review for adult and geriatric populations
• Monitor length of stay, identify discharge barriers, and coordinate services to appropriate levels of care
• Work with Medicare regulatory guidelines including patient choice, IMM notices, and MOONS
• Utilize InterQual and Milliman criteria for continued stay reviews and medical necessity determinations
• Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or call requirements
• 13-week assignment with potential for extension

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required at time of application
• Minimum 3 years of Case Management or Utilization Review experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required – first-time travelers cannot be considered
• Current BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of discharge planning, DRG, ICD-10 coding, and CMS regulations
• Experience with admission criteria, appeals and denials, concurrent review, and HIPAA guidelines
• Proficiency with electronic charting systems required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Full compliance required by start date; orientation is provided on a bi-weekly schedule

• Orientation: Non-billable orientation hours provided based on contract length; modules completed during orientation week
• Clinical screening process: Candidates will be reviewed by clinical team to determine fit before manager interview
