Job Duties:

• Manage a high volume of emails and incoming customer calls, responding to inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, prepare quotes, and process customer orders.
• Enter orders accurately and provide order acknowledgements while supporting sales goals and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on schedule and according to company standards.
• Initiate and coordinate product returns and exchanges while ensuring customer needs are addressed and departmental service metrics are maintained.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent customer service and effective follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with production and manufacturing teams to ensure customer orders and delivery deadlines are met.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates, delays, or other changes to customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in internal systems.
• Support the team with additional customer service and order management responsibilities as required.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service, order management, distribution, manufacturing, or a related environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and established service standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook .
• Comfortable working with multiple applications and tasks within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, sales teams, and production personnel.
