By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Health Plan Sr. Managing Consultant -Intelligent Automation to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).ResponsibilitiesDrive the expansion of an Intelligent Automation solution for health plans, leveraging existing NTT DATA assets / IP, existing partners, and new components you will identify; Analyze business opportunities, assess potential markets, and develop strategic direction for our Intelligent Automation offerings; Evaluate program trends and provide analysis and recommendations to leadership based on the sales impact of the solutions in the marketplace and the overall success; Cultivate, develop and manage strong, lasting customer relationships at senior leadership level; may manage vendor / partner relationships; Manage critical projects, customer engagements or business processes; focus on acquisition of new customers as well as enhancement of business within existing customers; Develop account presence by creating a high added value working relationship with senior customer personnel; Provide thought leadership, guidance, and advice internally within the organization as well as externally in social media, professional organizations, and conferences; Transfer knowledge to sales teams to improve their sales skills around a solution set or within a vertical; Conduct cross-functional planning and coordination (i.e. Sales, Contracts, Legal, S&P, PG, et al) in order to create winning solutions; Lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative solutions for our clients that include business, process and technology recommendations; Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the consulting team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance; Leverage strong project/program management skills to facilitate cross-functional teams throughout the design, implementation, and change processesRequirements:An “intrapreneurial” spirit, with a passion for building a business and making a difference to customer organizations and the individuals they serve—and the ability to do so in a constructive manner: no jerks need apply; Experience creating and delivering automation consulting solutions, including understanding the operational, financial, and technical aspects; An ability to work across the organization to engage solution leads as well as marketing, sales, finance, operations, and legal; Undergraduate degree and 10+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 8+ years relevant experience working with health plans or other relevant companies, especially with business process improvement/design, automation and innovation; Excellent presentation, communication skills and customer engagement experience, including the ability to present at industry conferences and a social media presence; In-depth understanding of NTT Data Services goals, customer requirements and knowledge of competitor practices; Thorough understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations; An eagerness to learn new thingsPreferencesMBA / MS strongly preferredSix Sigma Black Belt preferredMajor consulting firm experience preferredThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
